Why Geothermal

Long Lifespan and Low Maintenance

Geothermal heat pumps have fewer moving parts compared to traditional heating systems, which means they generally require less maintenance and have a longer lifespan. With proper installation and regular maintenance, a geothermal system can last for decades.

Renewable Energy Source

Geothermal heat is renewable, meaning it comes from the Earth's internal heat and is continuously replenished. Unlike fossil fuels, which are finite and contribute to climate change when burned, geothermal energy is sustainable.

Tax Credit

For example, a homeowner who installs a $26,000 geothermal heating system can take 30 percent of the cost of the unit and installation and deduct it from his or her taxes. See you tax representative for more details.
